Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, or placed before 11am on Saturday and Sunday. You can also choose delivery for a future date, though please note we don't deliver on Northern Territory public holidays.

Delivery Area

Our delivery area covers Darwin, Palmerston and surrounding suburbs, see below for a full list of our delivery areas. Standard delivery covers Darwin and Palmerston suburbs. Rural deliveries charges are based on distance from our Coconut Grove store. See below for approximate rural delivery charges, complete checkout to view accurate pricing for rural suburbs.

Delivery Times

Deliveries to residential addresses are made between 7 am and 6 pm. Deliveries to business addresses are made between 8 am and 4 pm. Deliveries for funerals can be made by a specific time provided the order is placed 24 hours prior to the required delivery time. While we try our best to accommodate any delivery detail notes left at checkout, specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

Providing Authority to Leave

Authority to leave can be provided by completing the additional delivery details. This is at your own risk and the discretion of our delivery team. Many Darwin residential and apartment properties have electronic access gates preventing access. Our flowers are fresh and our climate in Darwin is hot, we won't leave them on the doorstep if it's not safe to do so. Providing a recipient phone number enables our delivery team to follow up with the recipient to arrange a suitable re-delivery time.

Gifts Containing Alcohol

Gifts containing alcohol products cannot be left unattended, or with persons under the age of 18.

Delivering to Hospitals

Our standard delivery area includes Royal Darwin Hospital, Darwin Private Hospital and Palmerston Regional Hospital. Please make sure prior to placing your order that the recipient is able to receive fresh flowers, provide a ward and bed number and recipients phone number. The addresses for local hospitals are below:
