Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us straight away. We cannot cancel your order if it has been delivered or is already on board with the delivery driver. Orders containing flowers are made to order, we’re unable to refund if you change your mind about a ‘same day delivery’ purchase. For advance orders, cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to a cancellation fee of $20. We are unable to cancel orders for custom pre-orders or special order products.

Services Excluded from this Cancellation Policy

This cancelation policy excludes wedding and event bookings which are subject to the terms and conditions agreed on the proposal. We are unable to cancel orders for custom pre-orders or special order products.

Refunds

Refunds will be made by the original payment method and may take 3-5 days to reach your account.

Incorrect Delivery Details Provided

We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is provided to us. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the incorrect delivery address is provided we can re-deliver, provided the address is within our delivery area for a re-delivery fee.

Product Availability

We offer products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our shop. We endeavour to only display products on our Site that are available to purchase. Occasionally, items are very popular and sell out quickly, or do not meet our quality standards. In this case, you will be contacted if we are unable to fulfil your order and offer an alternative product or a refund.

Fresh Flower Substitution and Seasonal Availability

We endeavour to fill all orders in compliance with product descriptions, however, fresh flower orders may be subject to seasonal and product availability. We reserve the right to substitute flower varieties when necessary. We will always take utmost care to ensure the final product is similar in quality, value and style to the requested product.

Warranty

Every flower is different and some are more delicate than others. Flower care instructions are provided and should be followed. You should expect your flowers to last at least three (3) days. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know by email or phone, so we can do our best to put things right.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are ‘digital’ and sold subject to the following terms and conditions. Gift cards are treated like cash. If your Gift Card or redemption code is lost or stolen it will not be re-issued and the value of the Gift Card will not be refunded. Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards expire (3) years from the issue date. Any unused amount after the expiry date of the Gift Card will not be refunded or credited. Gift Cards may only be used for the purchase of goods at this website or for product available to purchase in-store. Gift Cards may not be used for the purchase of Wedding and Event Services or Custom Pre-Orders.

Subscription Products

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your subscription login. To prevent processing of the upcoming delivery and charge, please make any changes at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle. your flower subscription will automatically renew for successive periods until cancelled.

If we are unable to process your payment, we will attempt to charge your account once more on the following day. Please ensure your payment information is current to prevent any missed deliveries. If payment is not successfully processed after the second attempt, no flowers will be delivered for that cycle. Depending on the subscription product selected, flowers will be delivered on the Friday or Monday following a successful payment.

Our subscription products are exclusively available for purchase online.
