Ordered a boquet of 12 red roses and a box of chocolates. Arranged delivery to my wife for Valentines Day (we are long distance). I was absolutely bown away by the quality and the customer service. Roses were in mint condition, deep red no blemishes (they still look good 4 days on too), chocolates were reportedly delicious asf and lasted all of 12 seconds - one second to devour each chocolate (allegedly) you know, bc they were so damn tasty, and the delivery driver patiently waited at the front door for 10 minutes for my sleepy wife to answer her phone - 3 missed phone calls later (what an absolute legend of a lass for sticking around to ensure she got her gift).
